Her track record includes expanding the footprint of the pioneering Avenues: The World School across China, serving as an operating partner at CITIC Capital where she managed investments in education, technology, and media, and playing a pivotal role as VP at McGraw-Hill, where she launched a landmark joint venture with New Oriental. Mei is known for her ability to align diverse stakeholders—including government entities, state-owned enterprises, and multinational corporations—while navigating complex regulatory environments and driving business model innovation.
