Rewriting Limiting Beliefs
What beliefs did you rewrite last year? Here, I share a big one for me. And to be clear, it wasn't always a limiting belief. It was a belief that served me well - I even go so far as to say it was part of my identity. Until, that is, it no longer was. It was holding me back. Take time to reflect from a place of love and compassion before mapping out next steps and big goals for yourself. Because maybe the person you aspire to be has shifted or evolved. And how freeing it is unlearn or letgo of certain things to make room for something new.
The "Who" of Limiting Beliefs
This topic emerged after reading through the reflections and experiences some of you have shared with me from the previous videos. Thank you for sharing those! Tell me, what's a key insight you're taking away from what's shared here? And what will you do with it? What do you want more elaboration on? What's a question you have now? Welcome to comment directly here or PM me. With love, Em.
Inner Critic Versus Inner Compass
Can you decipher what is and is not a limiting belief in real time? Because sometimes it's that inner critic - giving voice to your fears, holding you back, judging you - LIMITING you and other times it's that inner compass - giving you feedback that there's another path, another way, letting you know something isn't right for you, and there is UNLIMITED POSSIBILITY for you Check this out, and share your thoughts, feelings and reactions to it below or through PM. I look forward to continuing this stream of consciousness with you and building on it with examples...
Crush your limiting beliefs
What limiting beliefs did you shatter in the past year? What do you use as a reminder to stop or catch yourself from letting them creep back in? Here, I share one along with how I'm using it as an "anchor" as I move forward. #limitingbelief #belief #rewritingbeliefs #newyear #settinggoals #reflection #strength #gettingstronger #personalmastery #love #dna #change #growth
