Em Roblin

For over 15 years, Em has been passionately creating experiences that empower people to grow into better leaders, partners, colleagues, parents, friends, etc.  Em’s vision is to build an inclusive world where diversity thrives and where people live out their fullest potential. Em’s expertise is in inclusion, creating spaces where people feel valued, seen, and heard for their unique contribution. ​ ​

 

Em grew up in Toronto, lived in Beijing from 2006-2020 and is currently based in Indonesia where she serves a global client base. She has worked with a number of top Fortune 500 companies to lead programs around Inclusive Leadership, Leveraging Diversity for executives and within teams, partnering fully to localize strategy and messaging across Asia Pacific. Thousands of people have gone through her programs which cultivate authenticity, connect people for effective collaboration, awaken new possibility and inspire positive change. ​

 

She’s spent more than a decade focused on women's leadership and has worked to solve the challenges faced by top organizations (how to retain, develop and advance women) as well as digging deep into how to truly thrive as women and leaders. She has partnered with leading academic institutions, consulting firms and multinational companies to curate programs appropriate for different audiences across the APAC region.

 

Em has a thriving coaching practice working with achievement-oriented people seeking to optimize their impact and lead lives that excite them.

 

She has guest lectured at notable universities including INSEAD, Peking University, Tsinghua University, Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business, and more and she is pursuing her doctorate in transformative studies and human thriving.

 

She’s known for her authentic approach in how she integrates work and life. She is the proud mom to three children.
